Budget and Fiscal Reports
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Board of Governors provides guidance and direction regarding the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient outcomes supportive of the SUS Strategic Plan. Publications, reports, budget documents and financial statements are the responsibility of the various units under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.

Allocation Summary and Workpapers: Details of legislative appropriations for the state universities and affiliated entities.
Expenditure Analysis Reports: Annual reports that detail the universities’ expenditure of funds and use of positions by budget entity, institution, program component, classification of instructional programs and instructional level.
Financial Statements: Consolidated manual compiled as a result of financial statements and disclosure notes submitted by the universities to the Board of Governors for submission to the Division of Bond Finance and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Foundation, Inc: Link providing information on the Board of Governors’ foundation, a nonprofit organization formed and operated for charitable and educational purposes.
Funding History: A history of legislative appropriations for the state universities.
Institutes and Centers: Reports showing the narrative, directory, and budget for the universities’ institutes and centers.
Legislative Budget Requests: Request submitted by the Board of Governors to the legislature reflecting the resources needed for the state universities. The request is based on guidelines approved by the Board of Governors.
Legislative Appropriations: Appropriations representing the legal authority of state universities to make expenditures for specific purposes within the amounts authorized in the General Appropriations Act.
