Established in 1956, the University of South Florida is one of Florida’s top public research universities. USF is the nation’s ninth largest public university with more than 46,000 students study on one of the University of South Florida campuses located in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota and Lakeland. The university offers 219 degree programs at the undergraduate, graduate, specialty and doctoral levels.

USF was named a top tier research university and one of 39 four-year public universities classified as “Community Engaged”, the only one in Florida.
